I wanted to thank our server named Nereida and the restaurant manager named Natasha for over the top service in handling our Central Church team of sixteen ladies last Saturday for our monthly girls nite out!!!! Thank you for over the top food and service!!!!

Holy moly, it's been awhile since I've been here...it was so good! Service was incredible! We ordered the Admiral's Feast, perfection! Fish was tender! Love me some Red Lobster! Server Nereide excellent!!!!

Talk about ole school... many moons have passed since I've been to a Red Lobster (am I giving away my age by saying that... lol). A family member wanted a full lobster dinner and wanted to come here (believe it or not they are even older than me). Even though they still have the lobster tank in the front lobby the amount of lobsters that they carry definitely less from the ole days when it used to be filled with lobsters. Here is a question for you...what does a James Bond and Star Trek character and our waiter have in common....... the name Q. Q was friendly, very helpful and definitely on point in all areas. We came for a late lunch and we started off with the lobster flatbread. It was 10 minutes to happy hour time and the flatbread was on the happy hour menu so Q suggested we wait 10 minutes to put in our order so we got the discount... very cool. For my main I went with the lobster mac & cheese, it was a smaller serving but very filling. The full lobster dinner came out, and our guest was completely satisfied with the lobster bib and all. At the end, one of us had our drink leftover and asked for a to go cup and our waiter brought all of us to go cups with our drinks we had with lunch, nonalcoholic of course...nice touch. So I never imagined myself being in a red lobster again especially since the one in my hometown closed years back and it just seemed like a dying franchise, but I gotta tell you everything tasted good, the restaurant was clean and up-to-date looking and the service was second to none.

Food was good, shrimp scampi was good, but baked potato a little over cooked BUT service was 5 star. Nereida was our server and what a breath of fresh air!! She was super enthusiastic and very personable. The restaurant industry is lacking service nowadays but not this time. She's such an asset to Red Lobster! Honestly, my food was meh but I don't even care because service was SO on point, I couldn't even complain! Keep it up Nereida! They're lucky to have you!!

Service was not attentive. Servers needed a refresher on proper weight service. Our server was polite. Food was OK. - not what I remember. We are not coming back

I had the Thursday special which was lobster tail and shrimp scampi and a side for 24 dollars! I chose to do the extra fee and get Brussel sprouts as my side and a bowl of roasted garlic butter! Absolutely delicious. My server was so friendly and even though the place was very quiet, I got my food very fast and had the best service! They also said they are not closing which is amazing!

Had a weekday date night with the Momma. Red Lobster is always a favorite especially when you have the rewards. We were sat quickly and it did take awhile for a server to come. She was very friendly and explained all of the menu with the new items for Lobster Fest and the new drink menu. Although we just wanted water lol. My mom had the lobster flatbread she said it was delicious and every bite had lobster in it. Yay!! I had the shrimp scampi and shrimp skewer. It was tasty as well. I also added a Caesar Salad. Very fresh. Of course the biscuits were amazing. They have a deal if you buy an entree you can purchase linguine Alfredo to go for $8 and add chicken or shrimp for an upgrade. It was kinda of a small portion but it was yummy. There was a bit of a mix up with or to go order which is why 4 stars.

My husband got me hooked on Red Lobster several years ago when I didn't believe this franchise restaurant was going to be as good as the "fancy" places. But he proved me wrong! Ever since my first time, most of the "fancy" and pricey lobster places that we went to afterwards were disappointing in comparison to Red Lobster... both in terms of price and taste. A lot of people don't believe that franchise restaurants can top off the more expensive stand alone restaurants when it comes to expensive dishes with lobster (myself included). And although this can be true in some cases... it is not true with Red Lobster. I highly recommend that you sign up for their rewards membership. We've gotten lots of free appetizers and desserts over the years. And also check out their Endless Shrimp special which is only $20! It also comes with unlimited cheesy biscuits and a side of your choice. The only thing that does make me a lil sad is how inflated the lobster tails became post-pandemic. It used to be around $12 and now, it is about $21. But this is a common theme throughout society that we all have to deal with at this moment in time. Shoutout to Jessica for being an awesome waitress last time. Everyone here has been pretty great and we've never had a bad experience. Ambiance: sailboat vibes? It's cute and you get to see some live lobsters in their tank on the way in.

Didn't dine in restaurant just had some takeout. But the hostess as well as the other staff member that I placed my order with were really nice. Had one order of coconut shrimp, two orders of bacon mac and two orders of lobster mashed potatoes with zero complaints. Oh yeah... and a couple of cheddar bay biscuits. Can't forget about those deliciously scrumptious cheddar bay biscuits!
